The Service

Cuisine Privée is a private chef service for homes across Jersey, from St Helier and St Brelade to St Ouen, Trinity and the surrounding parishes. Nik Boyle cooks in your kitchen, serves at your table, and leaves it exactly as he found it.

Menus are built around you: the occasion, the season, and what Jersey’s growers, fishermen and dairies have at their best that week. Nothing is off a fixed list.

Intimate weddings and engagement dinners

Up to 20 guests. Larger numbers considered on request.

The Discretion

Some clients want a memorable dinner. Others need one that was never mentioned. Cuisine Privée operates without social media, without photography of clients or their homes, and without naming who is cooked for. Enquiries, menus and guest details are handled in confidence.
